All about Gerald
What a catch!!!!  This adorable boy is sweet as can be, gets along nicely with everyone he meets, is mild mannered and gentle, and is looking for his perfect forever family.  Gerald is a sweet fella' who loves to hang out with his family and get loads of love and attention.

He came to us through no fault of his own when his owner's living arrangements changed and they were no longer able to keep him.  He would be happiest in a home where someone is around most of the time, and Gerald would love to have another friendly and playful dog as a companion.

This young fella' is in need of some structure and basic training -- he is an expert counter surfer, and  can be a little guardy with other dogs around very high value items (like potato chips, naughty boy!).  A Nothing in Life is Free regimen is exactly what he needs.  With a bit of training he will blossom into a wonderful, well mannered Newf.

He is neutered and appears to be in good health. His vaccines are current.

All about Sullivan
This sweet boy arrived in our care on Aug 16 and is getting himself settled into foster care.  He is an energetic boy who is young for his age, and is super adorable.  He has nice house manners, is friendly and affectionate, and will make a great companion for someone looking for a buddy to hang around with.

He previously lived with another male Newf and the pair got along well so he could join a home with another dog, or he would be equally happy being the only dog.  He has also lived peacefully with cats.

Sully does not enjoy being around young kids who are running about near him, or pestering him.  He is best suited to an adult only home.
Skin on intake
On arrival Sullivan was showing some skin issues that have been a chronic seasonal problem, as well as a very severe painful ear infection.  He is being treated for the infections and we have taken him for a consult with a specialist and have a solid action plan in place.  Sulli is responding very well already, his skin is clearing and he is feeling loads better.

His next follow-up appointment will be in early October.   It is expected that Sulli will require some ongoing medication and topical treatments (perhaps regular medicated baths) to prevent the recurrence of issues throughout his life.
